Cheap Car Insurance For Young Female

Hi

I have just passed my driving test and want to get my own car insurance. The problem is that I am a young female driver and the quotes I am getting are really expensive. What can I do?

Passing the driving test is one thing and getting a decent car insurance quote is unfortunately another hurdle to overcome. It is really unfair that young female driver car insurance is high when these young ladies are at a stage in their lives where they have little money but if you compare that with young male drivers insurance, then you will see that females are getting better deals.

If you want to get cheap car insurance, then I suggest you get a car which falls into a low insurance group and opt for a higher excess on your policy. Other things you can try is add more security features to your car and use your car only when you really need to so that you don't do a lot of mileage in a year.
