Driving Ban Expired, How Do I Get Licence Back?

I was banned for drink driving. I came off my ban 22 sept, how can I get it back?

Sometimes DVLA sends you a reminder to inform you that your driving ban will soon expire. If you haven't received this letter, then you should call DVLA to know if there's any problem. Otherwise, depending on your circumstances (reason for being banned etc), you can just fill up the application for a new driving licence and send it back to DVLA. There's a fee to pay for the new licence and the amount will be shown on the application form I believe. Once your application and fee has been received, you will receive your licence within 3 weeks.
