How long were you banned for? If your ban has already expired, then you can contact the DVLA and they will send your driving licence back. You will need to complete a D1 form and will have to pay £90 in fees because of drink driving disqualification.
If you're still banned from driving, you can request your licence before your ban ends but that depends how long the ban was imposed for and how long you have served the sentence upto now. Let me know these details and I'll try to help you further.
