What is the cost of having the Black Box actually fitted to the car or is that included in the price of the box as stated at £50 & where do you purchase the box from?

Hi Thelma,
When Norwich Union introduced the pay as you go car insurance scheme, they stated that you need to pay £50 for the black box (Global Positioning System) initially. However this has now changed and the GPS is now FREE and will be installed by the RAC In-car Services at a time and location convenient to you - either at home or at work, you name it. So you don't need to worry about paying for the tracker device now.
Also, they have a guarantee in place which says that you will not pay more than the traditional car insurance when you opt for the pay as you drive insurance. So that's yet another reason for you to try it :)
