Penalty for learning to drive without a qualified supervisor
Was under the impression that I was covered with my car insurance, the insurance co are sending me a copy of the insurance cover and I spoke to them today and they said the red car was only tempoary and did not tell me that the insurance for the red car was cancelled, they assumed that I knew this, they insurance both cars due to the fact they were unable to get me a rental car after my blue car was hit, they are sending me a copy of the insurance cover for the red car, so I assumed that I was ok to drive both cars. Also I can confirm that I have had car insurance for over two years...

Penalty for learning to drive without a qualified supervisor
I was driving with only a provisional licence and no insurance. I had a full licence driver with me, but they only had there licence for 2 years and 11 months. I have just received a court date. I am booked to take my driving test in a couple of week. How many points do you think I will get? Should I get lawyer to come to court with me?
