Registered keeper sold car which I own, what should I do?
I am the legal owner of a car with receipt of purchase and bank statements to prove, however my ex is the registered keeper. I have applied with evidence to the DVLA for the registered keeper certificate to be transfered, but he has sold it in the meantime. The registered keeper has sold the car, I am the legal owner and have not given permission to do this. What should I do?
